  • Delta Sigma Pi is a national business fraternity that helps students get career-ready while building a strong network. Through professional events, networking opportunities, and leadership experiences, members develop skills that go beyond the classroom. At the same time, DSP offers a community of motivated students and alumni who support each other during college and long after graduation.

  • Membership costs vary slightly each semester based on chapter size and budgeting needs. During your pledge semester, dues are typically around $150–$175, which includes a one-time $50 badge fee. After that, active member dues are usually between $110–$120 per semester

  • Delta Sigma Pi is open to students majoring in business-related fields, including Business, Economics, Agricultural Business, Hospitality and Event Management, Construction Management, Apparel and Merchandising, Natural Resource Tourism, and Natural Resource Management. Please note that eligibility is based on your major, not your minor.

    We accept students from freshman through senior year. However, students must have at least one full semester remaining after their pledge semester in order to be eligible for initiation

    You must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA to join.

  • We have weekly chapter meetings on Wednesdays from 7–8 PM, along with various professional, service, and social events throughout the semester.

    While you have flexibility in what you attend, DSP is best suited for students who want to be involved and engaged. Being active in the chapter helps you stay in good standing and get the most out of your experience.

    New members can also expect an additional weekly meeting on Sundays during the pledge process, which typically lasts about five weeks.

  • Delta Sigma Pi offers 20 executive and leadership positions, ranging from roles like Vice President of Finance to Marketing Chairperson and Brotherhood Chairperson. Each position provides valuable hands-on experience and allows members to develop different skill sets, whether that’s in finance, marketing, event planning, or team management.

  • We host a variety of events each semester focused on service, professional development, scholarship, and brotherhood.

    Service events include opportunities like Adopt-a-Street cleanups, volunteering at animal shelters, and other community initiatives. Professionally, we offer events such as resume and interview workshops, LinkedIn and networking sessions, and public speaking development.

    We also prioritize academic success through scholarship events like study nights and Dean’s List dinners. In addition, we host a range of brotherhood and social events, including movie nights, brotherhood dinners, broomball, and our semesterly formal in the mountains.
